MEMBERSHIP GOAL: MAINTAIN AND GROW MEMBERSHIP

Objective (ongoing): Retain 75% of current members year-to-year
Objective (ongoing): Engage 50% of members as active volunteers year-to-year
Objective (Y1-3): Establish key operational committees

PROGRAMMING GOAL: CULTIVATE AND ENGAGE AUDIENCES
Strategy (Prog1): Produce and promote exhibitions representing the work of local artists
Objective (ongoing): Provide a minimum of 11 Art Center exhibits by local artists each year
Strategy (Prog2): Support, enrich and engage adult learners
Objective (ongoing): Provide a minimum of 11 Art Center workshops/classes each year
Strategy (Prog3): Make art more accessible to the community
Objective (ongoing): Facilitate permanent installation of one Public Art piece each year
Objective (ongoing): Hold two juried & judged exhibits at Bartow Public Library each year
